| You can build a personalized shopping network with your OpenStores account. Add stores into your favourite list, and add trusted people into your network. When you view your personalized network information, only your favourite stores, products, people you have added into your network and their recommendations will be displayed to you. |
| Q: Can I advertise my store with my OpenStores account? |

There is only one type of OpenStores account. You can build your personalized shopping network, as well as advertise your stores on the platform.
After logging into OpenStores with your account, select menu My Home -> My Managed Stores. You will be able to add your managed stores, edit products for the stores, and show/hide the customer recommendations for your stores. |
| Q: Can I manage multiple stores with one OpenStores account? |
| You can have only one OpenStores account, but you can manage more than one store under your account as long as you are the store owner. |
| Q: How can I make my store popular on OpenStores platform? |
| The more people add your store into their favourite list, the more popular your store will be. Invite your existing customers to join the community, send them the link to your store page on OpenStores platform, ask them to add your store into their favourite list and recommend your store on OpenStores platform. |
| Q: Can I recommend my own stores? |
| As a store owner, you are not allowed to recommend your store or register as a second person to recommend your own stores. |
| Q: Who will be the most popular people on OpenStores platform? |
| The more people add you into their network, the more popular you are, and the more people will see your recommendations. |
| Q: My store can not be classified in any of the categories, what can I do? |
| Send email to service@openstores.com.au and request a new category. |
| Q: Can I see who have added my store into their favourite list? |
| Yes. Browse or search for your store. When your store appears, it always shows three numbers, i.e. Your Store Name (x) (x) (x), the first x shows the number of people who have added your store into their favourite list. Click x you will see who they are. |

| Yes. Browse or search for your name. When your name appears, it always shows three numbers, i.e. Your Name (x) (x) (x), the first x shows the number of people who have added you into their network. Click x you will see who they are. |
| Q: Will my recommendation appear on OpenStores? |
| Your recommendation for the store will need to be approved by the store owner before appearing on the website. |
| Q: I have a store but do not have a website, how can I list my store on OpenStores platform? |
| You can get a free online store from www.intelliworks.com.au. It is an easy-to-use DIY free ecommerce shopping cart. |
